Discovery Steps

Your journey to becoming a DOXA franchise owner starts with a few simple steps. We want to ensure that you’re informed and confident about your decision, which is why our discovery process is designed to answer your questions and show you the value of joining the DOXA family.
  • Brand Overview Call

    During this call, we’ll dive deeper into the DOXA business model, our unique approach to ethical outsourcing, and what you can expect from franchise ownership. This is your opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the support you’ll receive.

  • Complete Questionnaire & Assessment

    You’ll complete a short Questionnaire and Culture Index Assessment to demonstrate that you’re serious about further exploring the DOXA opportunity.

  • Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)

    We will provide you with our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) for review. This document contains important details about the DOXA franchise opportunity, including financial performance and operational specifics.

  • Validation

    Speak with current DOXA franchisees to gain insights into their day-to-day experiences and the support they receive. This is a critical step in understanding what life as a DOXA franchisee is really like.

  • Founders Call

    You will be invited to virtually meet our support team and attend a 1:1 call with CEO David Nilssen. He’ll walk you through our business operations and discuss how we support franchise owners, and you’ll present your fit with DOXA. After both sides confirm that this is the right opportunity for you, you will receive an Award Letter.

  • Final Decision and Agreement

    Once all your questions are answered, and you feel confident in the opportunity, it’s time to sign the franchise agreement. Congratulations— you’re now a part of the DOXA family!

Business Launch

Once you’ve signed your franchise agreement, it’s time to launch your business! At DOXA, we don’t just hand you the keys and walk away—we provide comprehensive support every step of the way to ensure your success.
Pre-Launch Training
Before you begin operations, you’ll receive extensive training on the DOXA model, sales strategies, and our back-office support systems. You’ll also get coaching on how to build your client base and grow your network.
Ongoing Support
Your dedicated Franchise Support Team will be with you as you onboard clients and grow your business. You’ll have access to ongoing training, operational resources, and marketing support to help you hit your milestones and scale your franchise.
Sales and Client Acquisition
Your focus will be on building relationships and acquiring clients while DOXA’s operations team handles all recruiting, HR, and accounting. This allows you to focus on what you do best—growing your business.
Scaling Your Business
As you bring on more clients, you can scale your franchise by hiring additional sales reps to expand your reach. The flexibility of the DOXA model allows you to grow at your own pace, building a recurring revenue stream through long-term client relationships.
