Who We're Looking For:

You don’t need recruitment or HR experience—just a passion for business and building relationships.

Ideal candidates have a background in B2B sales or consulting.

You’re motivated by consultative selling and creating genuine connections with business owners.

A minimum of $125,000 in liquid capital is recommended, with the initial franchise fee set at $60,000 and the first year’s investment ranging from $80,274 to $115,875.

Founded in 2020, DOXA was born from the vision to provide small- and medium- sized businesses with access to the best global talent while maintaining ethical employment practices. We saw the gaps in the traditional outsourcing model—large corporations dominated the space, leaving smaller businesses with limited options for building their dream teams.
DOXA has grown quickly, expanding from our initial focus in the Philippines to building a global footprint.
